Depending on the features you use, CrocsSMP may collect:
- Discord user ID
- Discord username
- Discord avatar
- Minecraft username
- Minecraft UUID after account linking
- Ticket messages
- Uploaded ticket evidence
- IP address for security and rate limiting
- Login and activity timestamps
- Purchase or order references when support requires them
2. Why we collect information
- Discord identity — to sign you in, show your profile, and connect support tools to your account.
- Minecraft username / UUID — to link your game account, deliver store items, and review reports or appeals.
- Ticket messages and evidence — to investigate support requests, reports, and appeals.
- IP address and timestamps — to protect against abuse, spam, and unauthorized access.
- Order references — to verify purchases and resolve delivery issues without collecting full card details.
3. Passwords and Discord OAuth
CrocsSMP does not collect Discord or Minecraft passwords.
Discord login is intended to use OAuth2. Access tokens must not be stored in browser localStorage. Secure session cookies may be used instead.
4. Cookies and sessions
Cookies may be used for secure sessions and basic site operation. We do not currently use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website.
5. How we use and share data
We do not sell your personal data.
Staff access is limited to what is needed for moderation, support, and service operation. Some data may be processed by Discord, hosting providers, or payment/store providers as part of those services.
6. Retention
Security logs may be retained for abuse prevention. Ticket information may be retained for moderation, safety, and continuity of support. Retention periods may vary based on the type of record.
7. Deletion requests
Where applicable, you may request deletion of account-related website data through Support. Some records may be kept when needed for security, moderation, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
8. Users under 13
Users under 13 may not create an account, submit a support ticket, or use features that collect personal information.
9. Policy changes
This Privacy Policy may change as CrocsSMP adds features. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
