Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how CrocsSMP handles store purchases, missing deliveries, and payment disputes.
This page is informational and may be updated. It does not guarantee legal outcomes in every situation.
1. Purchases are normally final
After a purchase is successfully delivered to the correct account, purchases are normally final. Virtual items have no cash value and are generally non-refundable once delivered.
2. Minecraft Username Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username during checkout. Purchases are delivered automatically to the username provided. CrocsSMP cannot guarantee refunds, replacements, or transfers for purchases made using an incorrect or misspelled username.
3. Duplicate or unauthorized charges
If you notice a duplicate charge or believe a payment was unauthorized, report it through Support as soon as possible and include your order or transaction reference.
4. Missing purchases
If you paid but did not receive an item, open a Support ticket with your Minecraft username, Discord account, and order or transaction reference so staff can investigate delivery.
5. Refunds required by law
Refunds may be considered when required by applicable law or when a purchase could not reasonably be delivered due to a confirmed service issue.
6. Chargebacks
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions while the case is investigated. Contact Support first whenever possible so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
7. Information we need
When requesting help with a purchase, provide:
- Order or transaction reference
- Minecraft username
- Discord username
- Approximate purchase time and item name
Never send full payment-card numbers, CVV codes, or banking passwords through Support, Discord DMs, or tickets.
