Terms of Service

By accessing or using CrocsSMP websites, Discord-linked features, store pages, support tools, or the Minecraft server, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be old enough to use Discord and Minecraft under their own terms and under applicable law.

Users under 13 may not create an account, submit a support ticket, or use website features that collect personal information.

Some website features may require Discord OAuth login. You are responsible for activity under your Discord account and any linked Minecraft identity. Do not share account access with others.

When playing on CrocsSMP, you must follow the server Rules page and any additional instructions from staff. Breaking server rules may result in warnings, mute, kick, temporary ban, or permanent ban.

Prohibited behavior includes cheating, harassment, hate speech, scams, phishing, spam, exploiting bugs for unfair advantage, sharing harmful links, impersonating staff, or attempting to disrupt the service.

Purchases made through the store may grant ranks, cosmetics, perks, keys, or other virtual items on CrocsSMP. Delivery depends on correct account linking and store configuration. See the Refund Policy for purchase-related issues.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username during checkout. Purchases are delivered automatically to the username provided. CrocsSMP cannot guarantee refunds, replacements, or transfers for purchases made using an incorrect or misspelled username.

Virtual items on CrocsSMP:

• Have no cash value
• Cannot be exchanged for real currency
• May be changed, rebalanced, replaced, or removed
• Are subject to the Minecraft Usage Guidelines

Staff may restrict website, Discord, or Minecraft access when rules are broken, when abuse is suspected, or when needed to protect players and systems. Appeals may be submitted through Support when available.

Content you submit through tickets, forms, or other tools must be accurate and appropriate. Do not upload illegal content, malware, or private information about other people without a valid reason related to moderation or support.

CrocsSMP may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, outages, or unexpected issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrocsSMP and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, Discord integrations, store, or Minecraft server. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Features, ranks, economy systems, maps, plugins, and website tools may change as CrocsSMP develops.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
